Addiquit is an American rapper, singer and songwriter who performs as a solo MC. While you can hear the influence of hip-hop, the style seems to be emerging with something so fresh it's indefinable. She's a sharp, lyrical vandal with an airy voice and street-smart beats. Reviews of her music promise versatility as they compare her to M.I.A., Lil' Kim, Cat Power and Lauryn Hill. There are many words to describe the artistry of the music behind Alt-hop, Hip-Hop, Trip-hop, Indie-folk-rap, Grunge-Pop vocalist/MC Addiquit.
