Andrew Gabriel Roth is a Bible scholar and author of several books on Biblical languages, including being the translator of the Aramaic English New Testament (AENT), which you can find out more about at www.aent.org.
Andrew also runs a weekly Bible video study blog at www.onefaithonepeopleministries.com and is a frequent lecturer on the Hebrew Roots that Judaism and Christianity share. He is also a believer in Y'shua the Messiah (or Jesus) who travels and lectures during the Great Feasts like Passover and Tabernacles.
As a musician, Andrew composes both secular and Biblical songs, including classic rock parodies that are re-cast as powerful Biblical storytelling tools. These parodies then are the heart of the collection "The Return of the Second Chance Band", so named because everyone deserves a second chance to get right with their Creator and get eternal life.
The parodies here are fun, entertaining and accurate to the original classic songs they are derived from, but they also impart critical biblical information and encourage everyone to rejoice in the Word of Elohim (God). It is literally the Gospel put to music, meant to uplift the soul as well as provide a needed bit of levity in a an increasingly challenging and secularized world. Andrew also uses original Hebrew names for Father (Yahweh) and Son (Yeshua, or Y'shua).
There is also an original spiritual song here, "Yahweh My Friend" and this is followed by two secular songs with strong spiritual themes running beneath them, "Just Friends" and "Generation". Two additional secular songs, "Shannon" and "Permanent Rose" will be released as a separate singles, as will an alternate "Club Mix-No Bacon" version of "My Name is Yahweh".
Enjoy and rejoice in our Heavenly Father and peace!
