  • ANDY TAYLOR - Dangerous
Liner Notes: Dangerous was the 2nd solo album recorded by former Duran Duran Guitarist - Andy Taylor... It contains a selection of mostly 70's songs that influenced the guitarist as a teenager. The record was inspired originally to be a live album - after Taylor incessantly watched Thin Lizzy's 1978 "Live & Dangerous" concert film shortly after Phil Lynott's tragic death. Although the record is not dedicated to Lynott, it has the kerranging overtones of classic 70's rock & the title "Dangerous" ... So maybe it is!!! It also features the guitar playing of the late Mathew Ashman - an Original Kings Road Punk, founding member of Adam & the Ants & Bow Wow Wow - and a highly underated English guitarist. . Produced & Mixed by Andy Taylor Engineered by Andy Taylor & Adrian Bushby Recorded @Trident II Studios - Victoria - London SW1 - England Recorded Live [and dangerously] to analogue - with NO overdubs... NO synthesizers were used in the recording of this record... . Dangerous Ensemble...
