Blues & Jazz Album II
The musicians of the Blues & Jazz forum are back with a follow-up album that's been in progress for a year and a half. Comprising of 14 original songs written and performed by members of the UG Blues & Jazz forum, the album shows the natural progression, time, dedication and effort put in by all involved in the project that kicks the first album into the shadows – and the first album was a success!
A warm blend of jazz and blues songs from the soft and subtle to the hard and heavy: There is just about everything for any blues or jazz listener in this diverse and eclectic album.
All money raised from the album goes to Tipitina’s Foundation, a New Orleans based charity that provides instruments and teaching to the younger generations with its main emphasis on keeping the historic roots of blues and jazz alive within the community and beyond.
