  • Relieve Insomnia: Deeper Sleep, Relaxation and Meditation (Ambient Delta Entrainer Disc 1)
Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Delta 1 Hz entrainer, designed to induce the deepest sleep and relaxation possible through sound. Delta is a low level of brainwave activity present during deep dreamless sleep, and does not correspond to known Schumann resonance bands (though perhaps their absence is what is significant). Studies have shown that electrical stimulation of the brain at frequencies between 0.5 to 2 Hz can induce deep states of relaxation and calmness. These same brainwave patterns are present during restful, peaceful sleep. Individuals with insomnia or with high levels of anxiety may have difficulty achieving delta wave sleep. Dreaming or REM sleep is characterized by different (and higher) brainwave states, which are part of normal sleep architecture, but can disturb sleep if they are frightening or nightmarish in quality (as they may be in a person suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, or night terrors. In addition, studies of patients with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue have shown alpha wave intrusion into delta sleep, inhibiting the body's ability to truly relax its musculature, and possibly leading to fibrosis and chronic pain. During sleep muscle tone diminishes significantly, allowing the brain and body to fully relax, repair, and restore optimal function. As anyone with sleep problems will tell you, poor sleep affects nearly every facet of life and leads to poor concentration, daytime fatigue, depression, irritability, and a host of other problems. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Delta 1 Hz entrainer has been designed to promote lower delta brainwave activity in those with insomnia, anxiety, posttraumatic sleep disturbances, nightmares, and poor sleep quality. By driving the brain at 1 Hz, individuals with anxiety and insomnia can let go of stress and worry, and drift off into deep refreshing sleep. The entrainer can be played at low volume continuously throughout the night, to help maintain healthy sleep patterns. The entrainer is safe for use with children and adults, and can also be used to facilitate deep meditative relaxation if listened to while awake. To achieve these effects, one should listen to the entrainer using a visualizer for the best experience, or while meditating with eyes open or closed, but in the awake state. Using the Delta 1 Hz entrainer as background music while doing other tasks, or while meditating or watching a visualizer on your computer for an hour or more a day should help improve relaxation and reduce anxiety and stress, creating a sense of peace and well-being for the listener. Listening to this Delta brainwave entrainer every day during meditation, or at night during sleep will help with brainwave switching into lower rhythms, giving the brain a chance to "reset" or remodel itself, as well as learn to achieve alternate patterns more consistent with deep restful sleep and relaxation for a happier, healthier mental state of mind. Exercise your mind. Entrain your brain with the Delta 1 Hz brainwave entrainer from Brainwave Sound Solutions. Brainwave Sound Solutions; Serving Others Through the Power of Sound. This hour long original ambient piece was composed and digitally recorded at Brainwave Sound Studios by Dr. Steven Worringham, MD; who then processed the sound using a sophisticated proprietary DSP (Digital Signal Processing) algorithm to achieve the desired brainwave state in the listener. The sounds produced stimulate the left AND right auditory cortex independently, AND simultaneously, to achieve both intra-aural, and inter-aural entrainment throughout the brain. In layman's terms, this effect works by stimulating the brain's left hemisphere, right hemisphere, and between hemispheres, concurrently and synergistically. Ambient, or background music is used as opposed to conventional music, because it does not have a recognizable melody perse (there is a melody present, but it will not be recognizable to the listener). A melody that is familiar or that has words can be distracting to the listener, because the brain naturally tries to follow a known melody, or attend to the sung or spoken word, both of which interfere with brainwave entrainment and the desired effect. Additionally, most people's speech and language centers are located in the left hemisphere, temporal region of the brain. Thus, during long periods of lecture, reading, or listening to spoken word, the right hemisphere may become distracted, sleepy, or inattentive. This may well explain why most people have an attention span of less than an hour during many of these tasks. Use of auditory and visual (music and light, but not speech) reaches the right hemisphere, and keeps it interested and engaged in the process of learning, meditation, etc., as does the use of a visualizer. Engaging both hemispheres while learning, studying, meditating, sleeping, etc. helps to synchronize the brain, and helps both hemispheres work together cooperatively to achieve your full potential. This ambient composition uses new technology to produce brainwave entrainment, and does not use binaural beats in the traditional sense. The use of binaural beats to achieve brainwave entrainment is utilized by applying pure sine waves of different frequencies to different ears at the same time. The brain entrains to the difference between the two frequencies. As pure sine waves are somewhat unpleasant and monotonous to listen to, they are often buffered with some type of white noise. Although this method of brainwave entrainment is much older, and definitely effective; the use of DSP ambient sound also induces brainwave entrainment in the listener, and is much more pleasant and enjoyable to listen to than binaural beats. Brainwave Sound Solutions plans to offer traditional binaural beat brainwave entrainment audio CDs in the very near future. • Focus on Adhd: Attention and Concentration for Study (Beta Ambient Entrainer Disc 1)
Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Beta 20 Hz entrainer, designed to improve attention, focus, and concentration. Beta is a medium-high frequency band of brainwave activity, and corresponds to Schumann resonance bands at 14 Hz (low beta), and 20 Hz (mid beta). Beta brainwave rhythms constitute externally oriented awake states of consciousness, and are prevalent during active cognitive tasks. Studies of groups of people with attention deficits, or problems concentrating and studying, have shown they have difficulty achieving adequate beta activity in the desired range for optimal learning, focus and attention. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Beta 20 Hz entrainer has been designed to promote higher beta energy brainwave activity in order to facilitate concentration and attention when focus or learning and memory recall is required. The use of this entrainer should help promote the study of academic materials, and the retention of information learned. Stimulant medications used in the pharmacological treatment of ADD and ADHD increase beta brainwave activity. Because of its high energy, we do not recommend listening to the Beta 20 Hz entrainer for more than 2-3 hours daily. People who use the entrainer may experience mental tiredness or fatigue after its use, and those predisposed to anxiety may notice mild increases in anxiety or restlessness during or after use. If this becomes unpleasant, use of the Beta 20 Hz entrainer should be postponed, or paused, until a more relaxed state of mind is achieved, at which time use can be resumed. The Beta 20 Hz entrainer can also be used (with or without a visualizer on a computer) to practice achieving the 20 Hz beta brainwave level. In this way the brain is "exercised," and brainwave switching accomplished, to help the brain achieve this state at other times in the future (during testing for example). Regular use of the entrainer both during study, and as practice, can help the brain achieve better overall focus, concentration, attention, study skills, and information retention and retrieval, even during periods when the entrainer is no longer being used. • Creativity, Comprehension, and Higher Contemplation (Gamma 40 Hz Ambient Meditation) Disc 1
Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Gamma 40 Hz entrainer, designed to improve creativity, comprehension, and higher contemplation. Gamma is a high frequency band of brainwave activity, and corresponds to a Schumann resonance band at 40 Hz. Many scientists, including Nobel Laureate Sir Francis Crick, believe that brainwave activity at the 40 Hz level may be key to the act of cognition. Gamma rhythms appear to help facilitate integration of information from brain centers involved with learning, memory, thought generation, and task processing, modulate consciousness and perception, and help combine multiple sensory inputs into single, unitary objects that we perceive. In addition, EEG patterns of Buddhist monks, and others practiced in the art of meditation, have shown dramatic increases in their levels of resting gamma activity (when not meditating), leading some researchers to speculate that gamma waves are the natural result of a quiet, controlled, peaceful, and disciplined mind; and that listening to gamma entrainers may help to facilitate this shift in resting brainwave activity; improving meditation skills, and the benefits thereof. One theory of autism suggests that the autistic brain has difficulty with integrating multiple sensory inputs at one time. The non-autistic brain is able to attend to one area of stimulus input, for example from one of the five senses, while excluding extraneous or irrelevant information from the other senses; allowing it to attend or concentrate on the task at hand. Theory suggest that the autistic brain has difficulty doing this, and so is bombarded with extraneous sensory input and overloaded by it, causing extreme functional difficulty in processing and integrating sensory input from the external world. Further research is needed in this area, but gamma entrainment of the autistic brain may well help it focus and integrate sensory information in a way that would lead to decreased emotional disturbances and increased attention, focus, and concentration, allowing improved filtering of external information, and improved ability to attend to a single focus of interest. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Gamma 40 Hz entrainer has been designed to promote high energy brainwave activity in order to facilitate concentration when high focus or attention is required, or during creative, contemplative, or comprehensive tasks. Because of its high energy, we do not recommend listening to the Gamma entrainer for more than 2 hours daily. People who use the entrainer may experience mental tiredness or fatigue after its use, and those predisposed to anxiety may notice mild increases in anxiety or restlessness during or after use. If this becomes unpleasant, use of the Gamma entrainer should be discontinued, and a lower energy brainwave entrainer should be utilized. Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents, "A Forest Evening with Rainfall: Sleep, Meditation or Relaxation (Thunderstorm with Nature Sounds)," designed for a 60 minute excursion into the heart of nature. The sounds of a gentle stream, wind in the trees, crickets, frogs, the calls of many birds, and a gentle thunderstorm with rainfall are only a minute away. This ambient collection of natural sounds is designed to bathe the listener in a rich, clean atmosphere away from the things of mankind. Why are natural sounds so relaxing to the human brain? Why do we routinely gravitate towards the sounds of nature on vacations and for meditation? Possibly because the sounds of nature and many natural creatures echo vibrations and frequencies of Schumann Resonance bands, reset the brain, and allow it to relax, meditate, think clearly, improve mood, reduce stress and escape from the trappings of artificiality that are all about us. This ambient sound meditative audio CD is not processed with our DSP technology, and is identical to the, "A Forest Evening Under Quiet Skies," with the exception of the addition of a gentle thunderstorm. We have also combined these ambient nature recordings with our ambient music entrainers, both with rainfall and without, in Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta brainwave entrainer patterns, all available separately. • Just Water: Nature Sounds for Sleep, Meditation or Relaxation (Delta 1 Hz Binaural Beat Embedded)
Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents, "Just Water: Nature Sounds For Sleep, Meditation or Relaxation (Delta 1 Hz Binaural Beat Embedded)," a 60+minute Delta 1 Hz Virtual Ambient Binaural Beat (*VABB) Entrainer, designed to induce a deep state of sleep, meditation or relaxation through embedded sound. The sound of running water and gentle rainfall is very relaxing to many individuals. This recording has combined natural water sounds with delta wavelengths. Dreaming or REM sleep is characterized by different (and higher) brainwave states, which are part of normal sleep architecture, but can disturb sleep if they are frightening or nightmarish in quality (as they may be in a person suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, or night terrors. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Delta 1 Hz embedded entrainer was designed to promote lower delta brainwave activity in those with insomnia, anxiety, post-traumatic sleep disturbances, nightmares, and poor sleep quality; as well as those who wish to meditate or relax deeply while awake. By driving the brain at 1 Hz, individuals with anxiety and insomnia can let go of stress and worry, and drift off into deep refreshing sleep, or states of relaxation and meditation. The entrainer can be played at low volume continuously throughout the night or during a relaxation or meditation session, to help maintain healthy sleep patterns or stress relief and mindfulness. Ambient, or background water sounds were used as opposed to conventional music, because it does not have a recognizable melody perse (there is a melody present, but it will not be recognizable to the listener). This ambient composition uses new technology to produce brainwave entrainment, and uses what I have chosen to call Virtual Ambient Binaural Beat (VABB) technology to embed the Delta 1 Hz rhythm brainwave state. It does not use traditional or classic binaural beats in the traditional sense, because the use of binaural beats to achieve brainwave entrainment is utilized by applying pure sine waves of different frequencies to different ears at the same time. The brain entrains to the difference between the two frequencies. As pure sine waves are somewhat unpleasant and monotonous to listen to, they are often buffered with some type of white noise. Although this method of brainwave entrainment is much older, and definitely effective; the use of VABB embedded technology should also induce brainwave entrainment in the listener, and is much more pleasant and enjoyable to listen to than traditional sine wave based binaural beats. Liner Notes: Brainwave Sound Solutions presents, "Just Water: Nature Sounds For Sleep, Meditation or Relaxation," designed for a 60 minute excursion into the heart of nature. The sounds of a gentle gurgling stream with swirls and eddies, rainfall, and other water sounds combine in this ambient collection of natural sounds designed to bathe the listener in a rich, clean atmosphere away from the things of mankind. Exercise your mind with, "Just Water: Nature Sounds For Sleep, Meditation or Relaxatio" from Brainwave Sound Solutions. Brainwave Sound Solutions; Serving Others Through the Power of Sound. Liner Notes: Focus on ADHD: Music for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Concentration and Study (Beta Binaural Beat Embedded) Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Beta 20 Hz Virtual Ambient Binaural Beat (VABB*) Entrainer, "Focus on ADHD: Music for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Concentration and Study (Beta Binaural Beat Embedded)," designed to improve attention, focus, and concentration. • Jonathan's Transition Sequential Relaxation Meditation Neurotherapy (Beta Alpha Theta Delta Binaural Beats)
Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham presents Jonathan's Transition, a 60 minute long sequential relaxation meditation designed for neurotherapy to help one reduce stress, relax and unwind by transitioning from beta through alpha, then theta, and finally delta brainwave rhythms. Designed to help switch the brain out of beta state which can be present in anxiety and transition into alpha which represents relaxed awareness, then further relaxation into theta hypnotic pre-sleep, and finally delta relaxation and possible sleep. Using this audio entrainer as background music while doing other tasks, or while meditating or watching a visualizer on your computer for an hour or more a day should help improve mood and reduce anxiety and stress, creating a sense of peace and well-being. In addition, one can 'fine tune' their listening experience by starting with different tracks as desired, to customize their experience, based on their current brainwave state, or current needs, or desired starting point. Studies of EEG patterns in depressed and anxious individuals are showing that by switching into alternate rhythms, the brain has a chance to "reset" or remodel itself, as well as learn to achieve alternate patterns more consistent with improved mood and lower anxiety and stress levels, for a happier, healthier mental state of mind. Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham and Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Gamma Meditation 40 Hz entrainer, "Music of the Monks: Gamma Meditation Music of Joy, Peace, Harmony, Creativity, and Healing (Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)" designed to improve creativity, comprehension, and higher contemplation through research developed through Neurotherapy and Neurofeedback. • Hypnosis and Trance: Music for Hypnotherapy Induction and Trance Work for Clinicians (Theta Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)
Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham and Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60 minute Theta 4 Hz entrainer, "Hypnosis and Trance: Music for Hypnotherapy Induction and Trance Work for Clinicians (Theta Relaxation Meditation Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)" based on Neurotherapy and Neurofeedback research and techniques designed for meditation, relaxation, and internal awareness. This ambient sound meditative audio CD has been created with Theta 4 Hertz frequencies designed to induce meditative hypnosis and positive suggestion during meditation. Theta is a lower level of brainwave activity between awake and sleep, and corresponds with the hypnotic or trance-like state in between wake and sleep. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Theta 4 Hz entrainer has been designed to promote lower brainwave activity in the theta range for clinicians and those wishing to practice meditation, self-hypnosis, combine our entrainers with positive suggestions to aid with self-esteem, over-eating, smoking, drinking, or substance abuse, and/or improve sleep. Sports enthusiasts and athletes involved in running and bicycling sports are using theta wave entrainers during their workouts, presumably to, 'get in the zone,' or to make long and tedious workouts on the stationary bike or treadmill more enjoyable. Although we have not yet created combination theta hypnosis CDs combining our audio technology with positive suggestion, we plan to do so in the future. Subliminal suggestion, or suggestions made when the brain or mind is in a deep hypnotic or meditative state (or during sleep) are believed to bypass the conscious analytical mind, which is more likely to reject them, and sink into the subconscious mind, where theory states it is more likely to be stored as fact, allowing positive suggestion during hypnosis to help with a multitude of problems. This is the basic premise behind the benefits of hypnosis therapy. By driving the brain at 4 Hz, individuals can let go of stress and worry and potentially improve mood and other problem areas in their lives by switching out of their dominant background brainwave patterns and drifting into deep refreshing states of meditation or even sleep. To achieve these effects, one can combine listening to the entrainer with headphones, and with eyes closed. The sound can be combined with a visualizer as well to help induce hypnosis, though most people cannot generate theta with eyes open. Using the Theta 4 Hz entrainers as background music while doing other tasks, or while meditating or watching a visualizer on your computer for an hour or more a day should help improve relaxation and reduce anxiety and stress, creating a sense of peace and well-being for the listener, and improve the quality of sleep. Listening as background music while sleeping may induce more vivid and interesting dreams as well, and help induce and maintain sleep. hypno-therapists or health care practitioners such as clinical psychologists or psychiatrists who use hypnosis in their practices may find these entrainers useful for helping to induce the hypnotic state in their patients, or for help maintaining hypnosis during sessions. Exercise your mind. Entrain your brain with the Theta 4 Hz embedded entrainer from Brainwave Sound Solutions. Brainwave Sound Solutions; Serving Others Through the Power of Sound. This hour long original ambient piece was composed and digitally recorded at Brainwave Sound Studios by Dr. Steven Worringham, who then processed the sound using a sophisticated proprietary DSP (Digital Signal Processing) algorithm to achieve the desired brainwave state in the listener. Use of auditory and visual (music and light, but not speech) reaches the right hemisphere, and keeps it interested and engaged in the process of learning, meditation, etc. as does the use of a visualizer. Engaging both hemispheres while learning, studying, meditating, sleeping, etc. helps to synchronize the brain, and helps both hemispheres work together cooperatively to achieve your full potential. This ambient composition uses new technology to produce brainwave entrainment, and binaural beats. As with any of our products, if you are under the care of a neurologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or clinical psychologist for any mental health, neurological, or seizure related disorder, or if you are taking any medicine(s) to address these issues, we strongly recommend consulting with your professional health care provider(s) before using our products. If your health care provider(s) are unfamiliar with brainwave entrainment technologies, binaural beats, or brainwave switching, please take a copy of this CD with you to your appointment, or direct them to our web site Our products are intended to support, but not replace professional health care. We do not recommend stopping any prescribed medicine(s) or other treatment modality without your health care provider's direction or express permission. We do not condone or advise using this audio technology while operating a motor vehicle or other machinery or equipment, or doing any task or activity in which your full attention is required to ensure safety. Brainwave Sound Solutions and our staff will assume no responsibility for use of our products in a manner for which they were not intended or recommended, or any circumstance that results from failure to follow or adhere to the written guidelines above. In addition, if you feel the process of listening to our products is unpleasant or objectionable, or if you believe your mood or anxiety level to be adversely affected, discontinue listening immediately, and contact your health care provider as recommended above. For optimal results, use of stereo headphones are recommended, but they are not required to obtain the benefit of this sound technology. If used, noise canceling headphones are best. In addition, use of a music “visualizer” such as those included with computer based music player applications such as iTunes media player for Mac or PC, or Windows Media Player for PC, can enhance your experience by providing photic or visual stimulation (generated by our music while listening to it on your computer through the above applications), for an additive effect. For best results, a PC with a 2 GHz or greater processor, or Macintosh with 1 GHz processor or better, as well as a video card with 128 MB or better of Video RAM is recommended, as better video memory and processing power will provide faster and more accurate visualization of our sound products. • Focus on Add & Adhd: Music for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Concentration & Study (Beta Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)
Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham and Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Beta 20 Hz entrainer, "Focus On Add & Adhd: Music for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Concentration & Study (Beta Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)" designed based on research from neurofeedback and neurotherapy data to improve attention, focus, and concentration. Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham and Brainwave Sound Solutions presents the 60-minute Delta 1/2 Hz (0.5 Hz) entrainer, "Deep Delta: Music for Sleep, Meditation, Relaxation (Delta Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)", designed based on neurotherapy and neurofeedback research to induce the deepest sleep and relaxation possible through sound. The Brainwave Sound Solutions Delta 1/2 Hz entrainer has been designed to promote lower delta brainwave activity in those with insomnia, anxiety, posttraumatic sleep disturbances, nightmares, and poor sleep quality. By driving the brain at 1/2 Hz, individuals with anxiety and insomnia can let go of stress and worry, and drift off into deep refreshing sleep. Entrain your brain with the Delta 1/2 Hz brainwave entrainer from Brainwave Sound Solutions. Brainwave Sound Solutions; Serving Others Through the Power of Sound. Liner Notes: Dr. Steven Worringham and Brainwave Sound Solutions presents, "Deep Delta: Rainfall Water Music for Sleep, Meditation, Relaxation (Delta Binaural Beat Neurotherapy)," a 45 minute Delta 0.5 Hz Virtual Ambient Binaural Beat Entrainer, designed to induce a deep state of sleep, meditation or relaxation through embedded sound. The sound of running water and gentle rainfall is very relaxing to many individuals. This recording has combined natural water sounds with delta wavelengths.
