Gayle Skidmore

A “modern day Mary Poppins, she sings, sews, crafts her own E.P. cases, and her music makes everything just lovely.” Winner of the True American Records Songwriting Contest of 2003, Gayle continues to be a prolific writer, having written over 1000 songs since she began composing at the age of 8. A classically trained pianist, accomplished guitarist, banjoist, vocalist, and composer, Gayle Skidmore “brings back the purity of what it means to be a true musician.” She recently released her 4th album, “Paper Box,” on her own label, Raincoat Records, and has already begun work on her 5th.
