Greg Wilhelmi is a singer-songwriter from Southern California. He writes songs of social commentary, storytelling, and love songs. LINE BETWEEN THE LANDS is a song about immigration, inspired by Wilhelmi's belief in compassion for the less fortunate. The song FRIENDS tells of how a friendship is destroyed by gang violence. BABY LOVER is a fun and uplifting love song. CHILD THAT WILL NEVER BE was written from the perspective of a childless Father, prior to the birth of Wilhelmi's 3 daughters. It includes a strong pro-life message. Look for several other interesting songs to be released in 2011. Greg Wilhelmi's genre would probably be considered adult contemporary soft rock, although he hopes his songs appeal to all ages. He sings in a baritone, and plays guitar. The other guitar heard on Wilhelmi's songs is by the very talented and versatile Daniel Hernandez, who can play everything from heavy metal to the blues. The talented drummer is Kevin Foster, who can improvise at all tempos. Wilhelmi's daughters, Toni, Justine, and Nikki sing backup on some of the songs. Nick DiCarlo plays keyboard, and is also the production engineer. The music is recorded at DiCarlo's Production Studios in Rancho Cucamonga CA.
