Lawrence Jose Sinclair
Original compositions on a Yamaha Digital Grand synthesizer, ported into Cakewalk for enhancement, saved as WAV and MP3 files. Done after my mother died, because she said she wished she had bought "one of those new laptop pianos". My only music background is singing in the church choir, so I compose by ear and cannot read music, nor can I repeat it; this is all done by intuition. I guess I'm influenced by Brian Eno and his "Music for Non-Musicians". Inspired by Miles Davis, Bela Bartok, Aaron Copland, Pat Metheny, and Michael Hoenig - I only regret that I don't sound like any of them!

Liner Notes: This song was created as a eulogy for my mom, created on a Yamaha Digital Grand just after she died in 2003. It was renamed after a friend, a singer who liked it best of my first five compositions. It is a duet for two people who can't quite get in sync.
