L. E. Girouard

I started this album as a demo to present my guitar playing and songwriting to bands I might want to join. Pretty soon I realized I was really enjoying my home studio, so I decided to create a set of songs on my own. I wanted "Opposite of the Half" to convey my view toward a world of complex contradictions, and simple beauty. The title song is all about conflict resolution and the healing power of musical improvisation. But that is only my interpretation. I invite listeners to find their own meanings and appreciate the sounds in their own way.
