Liner Notes: Blackout Cities is an appeal to morbid fascination, an expression of depression and a science fiction tale of future chaos ensuing in the imminent population explosion. What happens when the lights go out? When the water is undrinkable? These are not alarmist notions, but I speculate the possible results of our unbalanced equations. Our culture is modeled on exploitation leaving wastelands for the countries we continue to oppress and manipulate. Blackout Cities is the elephant in the room, a depiction of an out of control exploitative nature.
