Liner Notes: The Cliche is the final release from PEOPLE. This EP was recorded in part during the spring and summer of 2008 with Jimmy Young and Gidget Gein at Tranzformer Studios. Bryan Carlstrom and Dave Jerden produced the Cliche as a teaser for the upcoming record that Jimmy and Gidget were starting to write. Tragedy struck when Gidget died of a heroin overdose in fall of '08 causing Jimmy to disband PEOPLE and blow off their tour with Semi Precious Weapon. These are the final recordings of true independently minded artists who spit on the mainstream and knew "its better to burn out then fade away." LUV is... PEOPLE
