- Reanna Jiggins
- 05/28/2007

Liner Notes: Reanna Jiggins is a 22 year old singer/songwriter from Lossiemouth in the North of Scotland. She was discovered performing at the Lossiemouth Folk Festival by local musician, producer and label owner Stu Richardson, who, struck by her obvious talent, offered her a record deal. Reanna's songs were simply vocal/guitar tracks, but, after two months in the studio with multi-instrumentalist Stu, her songs were given the full band treatment resulting in this stunning debut album. From the quirky Blue Skies to the beautiful Hush, there is something for every mood on this record. Backed up by superb backing vocals from Scottish duo BedHead these twelve beautifully crafted tracks are a delight.

Liner Notes: The North of Scotland has a vibrant and lively music scene. Contrary to popular belief, it is not all pipers, folk singers and haggis! They do a pretty mean job of rock and pop too.
This splendid album from, Spook Records in Lossiemouth, Scotland, is a superb introduction to the contemporary music of Scotland.
