My name is David Kitts. I have been playing music since about 2nd grade, and composing for nearly as long. My first album, Perjury, is a rather chaotic collection of some of the favorite songs I've written over the past several years. I say chaotic, because the recording quality varies drastically among the songs, as they range over such a large time period. While this may break the tight cohesiveness many albums strive for, it instead achieves the purpose of showing some of the vastly different styles I tend to write in. All of my personal music comes from spontaneous, inner reflections. My own songs don't come very often, and only begin forming when inspiration strikes. This can be in my sleep, on the bus, in the shower, anywhere!

Also, I intend to be a recording engineer later in life, and as a result of this, I am constantly working and building up my home studio. As the equipment changes and is upgraded, so does the sound quality and characteristics of my recordings. This is another reason that the tracks have such different qualities.

All in all, I hope you enjoy this short and sweet insight into my mind.
