Supported by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union, Keychange is the international initiative whose mission is to transform the music industry by achieving parity for women and gender minorities across festivals and organizations.
We are proud to introduce the ‘Gender Equality Hub’ at Reeperbahn Festival, sponsored by TuneCore and Believe, which will take place at the Hamburger Ding throughout the week and will host networking, mentoring sessions and workshops with organisations such as TikTok, Nuclear Blast, Groove Attack, Sentric Music, Songtrust, Native Instruments, Beatport, FL Studio, and Groover.
By bringing together experts and resources from across all areas of the music industry, the ‘Gender Equality Hub’ aims to provide women and gender minorities access to the tools they need to grow their careers in order to increase their participation and representation in the music industry and ultimately achieve parity

Meet The Mentors
Mandy Aubry, Director of Business Development for EMEA and APAC at Songtrust
Mandy Aubry is the Director of Business Development for EMEA and APAC at Songtrust, the world's largest technology solution for global music publishing royalty collection and administration. Aubry leads Songtrust’s expansion across EMEA and APAC to provide music creators in established and emerging music markets with global music publishing administration and collection infrastructure. Her tireless effort to achieve this goal was recognised by Billboard and she appears on their 2021 International Power Players list. She has 25 years of experience in the music industry, previously working for music publishing administrator Fintage House, and the renowned hard rock and heavy metal record label, Roadrunner Records. She holds the Rightsholder position on the Executive Board of the Association for Electronic Music.

Lilia van Beukering, Artist Relations Manager at Beatport
Lilia van Beukering is an Artist Relations Manager at Beatport and founder of DJ mentorship programme Femme Bass Mafia. Having studied Cultural Management and Art Trade at ICART Paris, she moved to Berlin in 2015 and initially worked in booking and PR before taking a position at Beatport.

Andreea Gleeson, CEO TuneCore
Andreea Gleeson is TuneCore’s Chief Executive Officer. She joined the company in 2015, as a member of the senior leadership team and has made significant contributions to the growth of TuneCore, first as Chief Marketing Officer and most recently as Chief Revenue Officer. Andreea came to TuneCore after years as an eCommerce pioneer in the retail industry, having been at the forefront of retail’s digital transformation. To the music industry, she brings a unique perspective as well as the digital and marketing expertise necessary in today’s increasingly digital landscape. Her perspective, originally as an outsider, has helped her build and innovate, unencumbered by the traditional industry norms and standards. Andreea also rose as a fierce advocate for female-identifying creators, commissioning the MIDiA Research study BE THE CHANGE: Women Making Music 2021 to identify why independent female creators remain underrepresented in the music industry, raise awareness on their challenges and begin to incite change through strategic alliances with partners across all areas of the music industry.

Maria Ho-Burge, Global Communications Director, TuneCore
Maria Ho-Burge is TuneCore’s Global Communications Director, overseeing all external and internal communications for TuneCore on a worldwide basis. Maria works closely with TuneCore executives across all areas of business, as well as with local country heads of TuneCore. She also manages US communications for TuneCore’s parent company, Believe and coordinates communications functions between the two. She joined TuneCore in August, 2020, with an extensive background in the music industry. She was Vice President of Global Communications for Universal Music Group, where she worked for over a decade as a key member of the communications team responsible for external and internal communications, corporate social responsibility and company events. Prior to UMG, she was Director of Artist Publicity and Corporate Communications for Jive Records and the Zomba Group of Companies.

David Kaiser, Head of Blood Blast Distribution
Together with his team David established the distribution service Blood Blast Distribution, where they are working hard to strengthen awareness and visibility of heavy music on all digital platforms with a dedicated international focus on any level - from newcomers to already established artists. He has experience from management assistance, PR and marketing - in addition to media and communication studies in Hamburg and Dublin. Since 2015 he has worked in the industry full time with indie and major labels, directly with artists, festivals and discovered exciting new ways of using media, marketing, and distribution possibilities.

Jasmin Mrozek, Digital Marketing Manager, Nuclear Blast
Jasmin joined Nuclear Blast in March 2020 supporting the European Digital Marketing team with her experiences from her Music Management studies as well as from her previous internship in the Believe Trade Marketing team. She is working closely with both developing and established artists across the diverse Nuclear Blast roster on organic content and social media strategies, thereby constantly exploring new tools and creative marketing possibilities. She further handles paid media campaigns across all platforms including socials as well as Spotify and TikTok.

Kikelomo Oludemi is a DJ, Presenter, Curator, Boiler Room Host and User Specialist for Native Instruments.
As a User Specialist for Native Instruments, Kikelomo works in the field of user and market research, using qualitative and quantitative methods to help bring insights that support product development and marketing projects.
Through dedicated festivals, workshops and one-on-one mentoring, Kikelomo has a wealth of experience establishing programs that equip marginalised identities with the skills and confidence to progress their careers, working together with support from the likes of Musicboard Berlin, Adidas, Zalando, Jagermeister and more. As a co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion working group for the Association for Electronic Music, Kikelomo is actively involved with broader initiatives pushing for diversity and inclusion in the music industry.

Christina Otto-Sauer, Operations Manager Sentric Music
Working within the music industry for more than 20 years mainly in the PR area of the business with a long time focus on radio, TV and online, Christina is an expert in finding the right approach towards the radio station and TV shows for musical talents, for either local or international repertoire. Christina is equipped with some excellent knowledge of the German radio structures with all the relevant contacts to the main gatekeepers in the various formats and regions of the German media landscape. She also has a profound network of manager, producer, artists, promoter, agents, booker, publisher, distributers.
Since 2014 Christina is deeply involved in setting up the German business for Sentric Music, UK’s leading and award-winning independent publisher.
Since 2018 Christina is Curator Conference Programme - Focus: Sync & Brands for the Reeperbahn Festival Conference.

Simon Gelling, Client Manager Sentric Music
Simon Gelling, Client Manager at Sentric Music Group has been with the company since 2018 having previously worked within the rights management team for over two years before transitioning to Client Manager. He is an integral part of the client operations and looks after a range of clients and catalogues under the Sentric portfolio of brands. These include Maximo Park, Peach Tree Rascals and million streaming grime producers, as well as TV libraries and groundbreaking jazz labels. Outside of Sentric Simon is an experienced performer, educator and songwriter who has knowledge of publishing from both sides of the fence.

Dorian Perron, Co-Founder of Groover
Dorian Perron is the co-founder of Groover, the web platform which connects artists who want to promote their music with the best curators, blogs, radios and labels seeking emerging talents. An innovative web platform on which musicians are ensured to be listened to, get feedback guaranteed and coverage. On Groovier, more than 700,000 replies have been given by the 1,100+ active music influencers on groover.co, which generated 150,000+ sharing opportunities (reviews, playlist placements etc.) and at least 300 signatures with record labels, managers & bookers. Already used by 50,000+ musicians around the world, Groover was elected Music Startup of the Year at the Social Music Awards '20 in France.
Before that, Dorian Perron created the indie music blog Indeflagration in 2013, the Studio Flagrant in 2015 – which welcomed more than 40 live sessions with Patrick Watson, Plants & Animals, etc. – and organized gigs in Paris. Aged 26, Dorian Perron was laureate of the "Innovation prize" by La Nouvelle Onde, which spotlights true music innovators under 30 years old. He has been a speaker at MaMA Festival & Convention, Wallifornia MusicTech, M For Montreal, Reeperbahn and more.

Dan Rutman, Director of US & Canada, TuneCore
While working as label manager at Remote Control Records (Jamie xx, FKA Twigs, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Courtney Barnett, etc), Dan Rutman founded his own record label, Solitaire Recordings, in 2014. The label was formed with aspirations to narrow the distance between Australian artists and the rest of the world, focusing primarily on helping Australian artists find a fanbase in the US. The company spans many genres and currently operates in New York, Australia and London.
Dan has earned both a Bachelor of Music (Jazz) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Monash University in Australia and moved to the United States to start working with Sneak Attack Media (most recently acquired by The Syndicate). His love of the recorded music business began while running his own record store during university, which led him to intern for New York independent labels Sacred Bones, RVNG Intl, Kanine Records and Mexican Summer.
Dan joined TuneCore in 2020 as Director of US & Canada. He will be focused on new business and creating strategic partnerships for TuneCore across all industries.

Colin Schrinner, Head of TuneCore Germany
During his studies in Bonn (Musicology, English Studies & North-American Studies), Colin works as a freelance radio journalist and is part of the music editorial team at 1LIVE in Cologne, where he reviews albums, interviews artists and produces editorial features. After Colin then earns a Master of Science from Boston-based Northeastern University in "Music Industry Leadership," he is employed as Manager Streaming at Warner Music Group Germany for a good three years. In the Digital Sales department, Colin is responsible for platforms such as Deezer, YouTube, Tidal, Napster, Google Play and Qobuz. Since 2019 Colin is now Head of TuneCore Germany. Based in Berlin, Colin is responsible for brand building, business development and artist & industry relations for TuneCore in the German-speaking markets.

Jonas Sudendorf, Director of Community & Partnerships at Native Instruments
Jonas Sudendorf is the Director of Community & Partnerships at Native Instruments.
In his role, Jonas is guiding Native Instruments' global Artist & Creator Marketing and Community programs in addition to overseeing Communications and Partnerships.
Jonas is constantly inspired and driven by the ways people, brands and institutions connect behind their passions and interests and helps them to build communities that drive progress and create value. Jonas has partnered with and consulted some of the world's most iconic brands and spearheaded impactful, community-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Jonas is a founding member of In Place Of War's Global Music Industry Advisory Board.

Eleni Zafiriadou, Product Manager, recordJet
Eleni Zafiriadou is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist based in Berlin.
Next to her education as a graphic designer she started her musical career as a singer with the formation of Jumbo Jet in 1999. A noise rock band with members from Italy, Hungary, Germany and Greece.
She has also recorded and performed live with Daniel Benjamin‘s and Gordon Raphael‘s (The Strokes producer) solo projects and with American rock band The Choir.
In 2011 she formed the „ghost pop“ duo SEA+AIR which she toured in 27 countries and played over 1000 shows with. With her partner in SEA+AIR she composed soundtracks and wrote a stage play for the Staatstheater Stuttgart.
In 2016 she joined forces with two Norwegian musicians and Liam Wilson, an American bass player (former band member of The Dillinger Escape Plan). As Azusa, a progressive metal band, they’ve released two albums and currently work on their third.
After a European festival tour in summer 2019 she started working as a product manager at recordJet, a digital distributor based in Berlin. Bringing her expertise as a musician and many years of experience in the music industry she’s responsible for playlist pitching and is also involved in marketing campaigns for recordJet’s First Class clients. An exclusive service both for established and upcoming artists where she in particular has an eye on diversity and female topics.

Jorin Zschiesche, CEO recordJet
In 2008, Jorin Zschiesche founded recordJet and is still involved in all areas of the company to this day. From 2013 to 2016 he was a curator at the Berlin Music Commission, and from 2015 - 2016 at Lichtdicht Music he was in management label and contract / A&R. In 2016 he founded the Filter Music Group (successor to Lichtdicht Music) of which he is still CEO and took care of the artist & repertoire management. He also serves as a board member of the Association of Independent Music Companies (VUT).
