Terms and Conditions

Thank you for agreeing to let us use your name, likeness and [written content] [video content] in connection with the promotion of our website and related on-line informational materials. We value our relationship with our content partners and truly appreciate your participation in publicizing the TuneCore service.

Please sign below to confirm the scope of uses you have agreed we may employ in the aforementioned activities:

1. Name. The non-exclusive right and consent to use your name, “[INSERT ACTUAL ARTIST NAME]”, in online advertising on TuneCore’s websites, blogs and apps; by means of any social media platform now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and LinkedIn); in email marketing (both directly from TuneCore and from partners on behalf of TuneCore); in paid media (including, without limitation, text advertising, display advertising, video advertising, audio advertising, and print advertising); on the websites, blogs, and apps of TuneCore’s partners, on TuneCore’s behalf; in press releases; and/or in media interviews. Use and placement shall be in TuneCore’s sole discretion, provided that TuneCore agrees such use shall not present you or your music in a disparaging manner.
2. 2. Likeness. The non-exclusive right and permission to use your likeness (attached) [ATTACH IMAGE] in connection with the online advertising described in paragraph 1 above.

5. Representations. You and all individuals clearly depicted in the image and/or video affirm they are at least 18 years of age and have read this waiver and are fully aware of its contents.
6. Copyright. You certify that the material submitted is your original work and, if the image and/or video is copyrighted, you are the copyright owner or you have obtained an enforceable release from the photographer and/or videographer to use the image and/or video as described above. Please indicate below the name of the photographer and/or videographer below:
7. Territory. The world.
8. Term. Commencing on the date above and continuing until perpetuity; provided that you may terminate this agreement earlier by providing thirty (30) days notice in writing to TuneCore at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR TERMINATION NOTICE].
