Nashville-based alternative band Darling Parade has been hitting lots of high notes lately, and they’ve earned every one of them.

After retreating to a remote location in Kentucky to write their first full-length album Battle Scars & Broken Hearts, the band won the “Make a Band Famous” O Music Award, and will be playing tomorrow night as part of MTV’s “Artist To Watch” feature coming in November.

If you’re in the New York area, it’s not too late to get your tickets to the show, happening at The Williamsburg Music Hall in Brooklyn, tomorrow night (8/20).

Can’t make that show? Or can’t get enough of the band?  Darling Parade will be playing a special pop-up concert this Friday (8/23) hosted by TuneCore  and the DUMBO Improvement District  at 2 PM in Dumbo, Brooklyn.  Stop by the Archway under the Manhattan Bridge to hear some good music and support indie artists.

And make sure you come hungry, so you can grab some food at Flea Food Under the Archway while you’re enjoying the show…

When: @ 2PM on Friday, August 23rd

Where: The Archway under the Manhattan Bridge (Water Street)
Dumbo, Brooklyn
