Schomann’s new position was announced today by Alisha Outridge, Chief Technology & Product Officer, TuneCore.

In her new role, Schomann will oversee a team of project managers to ensure consistent and efficient execution of software development processes and internal reporting throughout the organization. Schomann’s team is responsible for creating and maintaining timelines for TuneCore’s ongoing technological innovations and product launches, as well as managing the day-to-day coding updates including bug fixes, new features, and website improvements.

Since joining TuneCore in 2021, Schomann has improved communication across projects and teams to allow for greater transparency and clearer development of timelines and execution of objectives. To TuneCore, Schomann brings a wealth of music industry experience, having served as Senior Director, Music and Talent Relations at MTV and Vice President of Programming and Label Relations at VEVO where she was responsible for the creation of music-based content, in addition to her 8 plus years of experience in the tech industry with CitiGroup, MSG Ventures, and Moody's Ventures.
